Identity creation and packaging design

It was planned to introduce to the market a novel system of toy rifles that by using gel balls -which expand with water- instead of foam, would create a more realistic experience for young people interested in paintball, with an exciting yet safe alternative.

Finding the balance between communicating a rifle as real as possible without neglecting the importance of its safe use to generate a positive perception, turned out to be the starting point to create the ideal identity.

The style was inspired by a mixture of the urban and the technological, creating a mix of photography techniques with vivid illustrations, which generated a context of action. The aim was to emulate in the package the appearance of the imaginary scenes of the boys when they play with the product: abandoned warehouses, reckless environments, industrial spaces, etc.

The design concluded with a successful implementation, which to date has called the attention among regular consumers of other brands to communicate a rough style that conveys durability and strength, but at the same time offers a fresh appearance that stands out on shelf.
